Nails N Beyond

Horrible experience… my nails came out decent for not even being anything that I wanted. I told the nail tech I wanted a gel manicure meaning that I wanted my acrylics taken off and gel polish on my nails with no tips… she ended up doing a fill, charged me $50 and then begged for a tip and gave me attitude when I told her no tip… also felt like she was rushing through the whole thing, don’t waste your time going to this place, it’s a joke.

Horrible service, nails were not dry all the way, very clumpy, and very rude. the lady that did my nails was laughing at them. She did not know what she was doing. Never coming back here again

They did a beautiful job on my friends french but mine was going well until my girl started rushing. She grabbed a file and ground across skin and ANC damaging what she'd just done then kept layering and gouping. Never going back. Only got 2 stars because the french was nice

Today's experience was extremely disappointing. This has been a great little business but like most places it seems to get busier and busier with less and less staff. Judy told me that if I needed to get in just message her ahead of time & she would let me know if there was availability. I messaged today & was told my selected time worked. I got out of work a couple minutes late, messaged her to let her know I'd be a few minutes later than planned. I was told when I arrived she needed 20 minutes & then would be right with me. I'm in customer service, I understand how it can be so I said no problem. However, almost an hour later I was still sitting there waiting. No one said a thing until I walked out the door. So, I ended wasting an hour of my time when I could have been getting other thin

The people are friendly but the quality is poor. I paid 50 for a pedicure. They never smooth out my nails, and they sand my feet so quickly, not paying attention to the calluses. I'm never satisfied. Not sure why I go there. They should use the Dremel to sand the calluses off. And they should definitely be vigilant about smoothing the nail before painting.
