Nails Now II

Pedicure, Eyebrows and Eyelashes - 1st time getting my lashes done at this establishment. Asked for natural look turned out to be more than a natural but hey maybe it will grow on me. Wake up the next morning and majority of them are off. Made my visit back, lady (assume owner) the same woman that put them on had the AUDACITY to say it’s because of my skin tone because I’m a dark skin black woman. How dare you through out a racist comment like that? I pray for you.

Pretty sweet, the lady there treated me very well and made sure I felt comfortable. I got my eyebrows done in a jiffy. I love how sleek they are! They have great attention-to-detail when cleaning up around the nail bed too. How do they do it? Will be returning. Thanks.

Came in and got my nails done, they’re big and blocky. I will have to get them filed down some more. Mind you, I did speak up. After paying the receipt paper ran out and they told me it was declined, so they ran my card again and it said declined, looking confused cause the card wasn’t locked and there were funds on the card the lady says “uh oh, no money,” I found that comment to be rude. After calling my bank to find out what happened. The lady said the card was ran too many times and my account was flagged. Which I’m very happy it was, so the first time when the receipt paper wasn’t there it successfully went through. I gave them a chance but I don’t like my nails and the comment was unnecessary, I will not return.

I came to this establishment yesterday and they were busy. I asked about making an appointment as their card states the do appointments and walk-ins. They stated they are not doing appointments. I come in an hour ago and they tell me to come back in an hour. I come back and another couple (1 half was a white woman) and they jumped up to greet them and tell them they are early for their appointment. They do not greet me. I wait. Finally, they greet me. I stated the above about the appointments and they looked dumbfounded and were then eager to give me service. I said no thank you and walked out.

I'm giving a two because of how nice the lady was, but other than that um no. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing I was tense the whole time. She kept wanting to cut my skin even after I said no. I normally dont go here but my place was booked. I do not like a lot of people on my feet, hands, hair etc. Unfortunately I will not be returning
