NAILS OF GRACE SPA

Very disappointed! Had my nails done and she cut my finger, didn't even apologize, did a sloppy job, didn't even clean the paint from under my nails, from the messy job. The lengths were uneven on some of them and bumpy. This was my first time here, and I must have gotten the most unfriendly and incompetent employee! I cannot recommend this place, and even a woman who works at the Public across the street says that she's heard bad things about it also, so I guess they have a reputation going. I was very disappointed because my daughter paid for these nails before we left on a trip so I was hoping for a nice experience and a good job. Instead, the woman was unfriendly, didn't speak or smile, and did a bad job and cut me!

The best ombré and people that do nails in Birmingham! I have never been so relaxed and taken care of while getting services done I am so happy and I will def be back and everyone should come here.

Disappointed, as this is my go-to nail salon. After calling and being told I could come at 3:15, I decided to make the drive. When I got there, the young lady working the front counter asked me what service I was there for. I told her and was able to choose my color. After choosing my color and sitting down, about five minutes later, she moved me to a station and told me that someone would be with me soon. Fast forward to almost an hour later, I sat in that same spot, only to not be acknowledged by ANY employee. To my knowledge, Sunday’s are for walk-ins, and that’s what I was; however, others who walked-in long after me were both acknowledged and serviced, while I continued to sit and look for the person who was going to help me. Yesterday was my first experience at Nails of Grace, and I will most certainly be back! I booked a manicure/pedicure with Gina after reading several positive reviews of her and her work. I was not disappointed! My pedicure was relaxing and very nice, but my manicure...FLAWLESS. I am extremely picky with my manicures, especially my cuticles. Gina was very meticulous about removing excess skin around my nails and cuticles; you can tell she takes great pride in her work! And her incredible hand massage was the icing on the cake! I am so glad that I decided to book with Gina at Nails of Grace! See you in about a month, Gina! ❤️😁

Would definitely recommend! Ben did a fantastic job with my nails. He worked very hard to make sure I had all the colors I wanted and that the design was perfect. I could not be more happy with my experience!! I got a gel pedicure and a dip manicure with tips and nail art.
