Nails On 9th

Absolutely love this nail salon! One of my favorite places to be! The owner, Ling, is an amazing artist, very welcoming and professional. She keeps an awesome team, too! Love the conversation there, would never choose another spot!!

This was by far worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I’m not one to speak up if I don’t entirely love my nails but today I did and I was completely disrespected. I appreciate the time and supplies that was used on me but on the other hand if the quality doesn’t live up to a costumers standards something needs to be done about it, and nothing was done. During my pedicure I was cut on my toes multiple times and during my manicure my cuticles were never pushed down so they look grown out. I told the staff I didn’t enjoy my experience today or the quality of the work that was done and one of the workers began to get aggressive towards me and told me that was just how my nails are and she’s been doing this for 10 years so she knows what she’s doing. My sister has been going to this salon for 3 years and this was honestly my last hope. Ling is amazing and she’s so personable and funny. Her staff make waiting and sitting in the chairs so fun and conversational. I have been getting my nails done by Ling for over a couple of months now and each time I’ve gone to her, she’s always been so smiley and cheery when you walk into her shop. 10/10 would recommend❤️

So friendly and talkative here! I highly recommend MuNaw. She is so sweet and talented! I just got some Christmas inspired nail's done, a full set only took less than an hour!

Ling is by far my favorite nail tech in Oshkosh. I've been getting my nails done for over 2 years and I've gone thru a handful of places. This one i found a year ago, and i won't go anywhere else. She is phenomenal. Her work is beautiful and she's so sweet and personable. My favorite place to go by a long shot!!
