Hello, I wanted to bring a concerning experience to the attention of the owner or manager. My girlfriend visited Nails Paradise & Spa in the Eastgate area yesterday for a pedicure, and unfortunately her experience was very uncomfortable due to the behavior of an employee named Kenya. When I dropped my girlfriend off, I briefly came inside to ask how long the appointment would take so I would know when to return to pick her up. I spoke with Kenya at the front desk. She asked if I wanted to sit next to my girlfriend while she was getting her pedicure. I politely declined and said I would text my girlfriend to help her choose a color before leaving. When I returned to pick my girlfriend up, she told me that Kenya was the technician performing her pedicure and began making inappropriate co

Edit to respond: This was after the second fill in and is a bacterial infection according to my doctor. He said this is caused when acrylic nails are improperly applied and allow moisture to gather under the nail. Yes, the ripping is from me removing the nails...which I had to do to treat the infection. This is solely because of your salon. Again, I've been getting regular full sets and fill ins for 15 years and have never had this issue. I’ve been getting my nails done regularly with acrylic for over 15 years and NEVER has this happened to me. I’ve been to this salon 3 times and now my nails look like this. DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I took my little sister here for our nails, and they came out super lumpy, uneven in thickness, and she couldn't do my first design (argued about how many stripes there were) and was rude the entire time. I even swapped to an easier design and it came out crooked and the flowers are entirely different. My sisters nails came out with a good design, and she has a very nice nail tech- but they were lumpy and had uneven thickness also. I went back in (to which i usually just eat it and stay quiet - but 142$ for these aint it.) the manager was not in and they couldn't give a refund to my card i guess (i cant get them redone i work for a living and leave for vacation in a week) so they did take my name and number stating the manager would call so i'm currently waiting on that- i'll give it a few

I visited Nails Paradise & Spa in the Eastgate area yesterday for a pedicure and had a very uncomfortable experience with a technician named Kenya. While Kenya was performing my pedicure, she began making comments about my boyfriend who had dropped me off earlier. She told me, “He’s a gay man. You know who you’re with.” This comment was completely inappropriate and caught me off guard. I was in the middle of receiving the service and didn’t know how to respond, but it made the entire experience very uncomfortable. A nail salon should be a relaxing environment, and personal comments or assumptions about customers and their relationships are not appropriate during a service. I’m sharing this so the owner or manager of Nails Paradise & Spa is aware of what happened and can address it appr

Great manicures and pedicures. Even better staff. Everyone was very friendly. My daughter loves the decorations in her nails. They did such a good job.
