Nails Pizazz

This is my third time coming to this nail salon. The first two times was excellent no complaints but this time my nails started chipping after the fourth day and my nails can last up to three weeks. I’m so disappointed because I really liked the way she did them.

So initially, I checked this place out because my mom recommended it I went in to have a pedicure and a manicure . The tech that did my feet made my feet bleed in three different areas I didn’t complain. I let it go, but after leaving the shop, I was satisfied with my toes and nails. The issue I’m having is that my nails fell off literally a week and a half later when they usually hold for 3 weeks . I’m very disappointed because the spot has a lot of potential, but don’t think I’ll be coming back

This was my third time here first two times was exceptional.. third time Rosie did my pedicure and nails it started with her hurting big toe she made my toe bleed and put my foot in the water as if I didn't feel the pain or see the blood.. I was rushing to go on a trip so I never looked at my nails closely a few hours I realized the polished had small dots and the polish was complete on the sides of my nails and my feet had a clump and polish missing look like it had been two weeks already… I went back into the shop Rosie showed up and began to make all of the excuses as to why my nails had small dots she said it was dirt.,. How when your nails are dried with the uv light and coated with clear… she hurt my toe again aiming for the same area as she began to fix the polish… she started talk

Leaving this so it can help someone else. If you go to this spot to get your eyebrows done , ask for Lucy. No one else. I got my eyebrows done today by a lady named Cindy I believe. She did the worst job on my eyebrows. Seemed very rushed and I have a burn from the wax. Please do not visit this place if you were looking too. I don’t leave reviews ever but this was literally the worst service I’ve ever received.

I use to love coming to this place, but after today I will not be going back!! , being disrespected and talked to in a sarcastic way, I will never. When your paying your money, and you not one time treated anyone in this establishment with disrespect, something must be truly wrong with the two woman that sit on the right side, she came off really nice at first, but never!!!!!!
