Nails Plus

So when I first sat down I asked her to do my cuticles by the end I had asked her three times she did it at the very end after my nails were literally painted and top coated before she actually did my cuticles not only that she did the worst paint job I've ever seen in my life I will add pictures I'm going to make a TikTok about it.... I literally don't know how many times I asked her to fix something before I finally just gave up paid her and left so if you want to pay out a pocket 70 or so dollars for a bad job definitely by all means go to this nail salon. Now I'm going to have to get my nails done in a week instead of two because the cuticle left a giant gap when she did finally remove it .

I paid $25 to have my cuticles DESTROYED. Yesterday, I requested a soak-off for Gel-X nails. The person who did my nails buffed (both with the electric buffer/file and handheld buffer/file) my cuticles to the point that just putting them in water stung, and I woke up to having literal SCABS on them today. My pointer finger on my left hand was filed down to the point that you can see my nail beds underneath, yet several of my nails still have leftover Gel-X base and polish on them. The nail technician herself had cuticles that were ACTIVELY bleeding while she was working on my hands! I hesitated to even leave this review because I avoid being a Karen at all costs, but this is unsanitary and unacceptable. Pricing was good $40, but the quality and service? Not great. They were extremely stand offish when I came in for my appointment, and acted like I was a burden to them, then when my nail tech was mad I didn't have a color picked out, when they never gave me the book to look, and during the appointment she rushed my nails, and did not care about the quality. She painted OVER the dust, and cured it, she made two of my nails crooked, and no it's not just my fingers. Absolutely disappointed with this nail place. Won't be coming again, and I recommend you don't either.

I’ve been going to this spot for the last year and have never left unsatisfied. This last time in particular though I was extremely happy. I took three pictures from Pinterest into Hannah and she did a fabulous job! Thank you Nails Plus for being great!!! 🤗💯🥰

Beautiful manicure! The only negative is that she was a bit rough when filing down the sides and made a couple too narrow. My skin is still tender on my left ring finger. Otherwise my nails are beautiful! She did the exact thickness on the white and at my request added the touch of glitter, too. I'm still planning on going back, and I'll just speak up next time.
