NAILS PRO

Went in today to receive a spa pedicure, the nail tech put my socks on for me as soon as he was finished, now I know why! Paid almost $80 for these!

The place I’ve been to before was booked and doesn’t take walk ins so me and my daughter went here instead. As soon as we walked in we were met with rude stares from employees and customers. I already have social anxiety bc I already felt out of place. They say me and my little girl side by side. The guy that did my little girl didn’t do so bad with her, HE split something and got frustrated with her. My stylist was rough and kept brushing up against my skin with his tool burning my skin. He was pushing my fingers and hands however he felt roughly, hurting me. I guess he didn’t think I could understand him but he started speaking to the stylist next to him about how he wasn’t going to get a tip based on how I was dressed (I just came from the gym and had thrown on gym shorts and a hoodie.)

Emily (she sits at chair #7) always does my nails, not only is she cute as a button, she’s super friendly and very efficient at her job. I don’t get anything crazy - just gel polish and a design on my ring finger, but I always come out satisfied with her work. Nails Pro is very lucky to have you Emily! 🩷💅🏻

Had a wonderful experience here with my lady. They were very nice and service was quick. We didn't wait at all and I really enjoyed watching the whole nail process. Would go again for sure.

HORRIBLE! Got mine and my daughter’s nails done on Saturday morning and by Saturday night I had 2 chipped nails and my fingers are covered in cuts! My daughter’s nail polish that was gel was completely chipped off by Sunday night. I spent $70 for this horrible service. Every drill head they used was not new they was used!
