Nails R Us

This place is absolutely horrible! I broke my thumb nail so I walked in at noon on a Monday before I started my errands and the lady sat me down. When I told her I just needed a white tip (coffin shaped) fixed she started freaking out and said I have to come back so another lady can do my nails. Super simple process, terrible service.

I recently took my two daughters there for there birthday. They left my girls cuticles burning for days. I Wish every customer was treated as an equal cause we pay for the same service.

Bad service, old polish, and always only two older ladies nail techs. But they always give me someone in training. I only been twice because it was no wait...no one is ever in there. I definitely see why now! Never again. Update: nails done Saturday....pic of nail by Wednesday due to gel polish old & layered to thick.

This has been my regular nail salon for many years and I've pretty much been satisfied overall. However. On this last visit, my gel polish was old and the tech had to keep taking it off and reapplying. The very next day the thumbnail had bubbled up and started pealing and the others looked thick and ugly. (This had happened once before.) I returned the following day and asked to have them all redone. The tech pretended not to understand me and only redid the thumbs. The Very next DAY, they were pealing off. I started to go back, but decided, it was just time to find a new nail salon...which I did!!

My experience was great. I have used this nail salon for a number of years. I don't have to wait very long. The staff are so nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this salon.
