Nails So Happy

Em and Nina did a fantastic job with my pedicure and manicure. I was on vacation and I didn't have time prior to this to get my nails done. I was seen quickly and my nails look great! I asked them to do my toes in my sandals and they were happy to accommodate my request. The place was clean and music was at a perfect volume for conversation. I highly recommend this place!

We did a spontaneous last minute decision to stop in and get our nails done on vacation and the ladies there got us right in with no wait. Every one there was so nice and welcoming! I haven't gotten my nails done in years but this was by far the best experience I've had and I'm actually sad they aren't my regular salon and I'm states away. It was so relaxing and I also had some great conversation with the ladies there. Plus my nails turned out better than I've hoped for and at a fantastic price. Highly recommend them!

The nail services themselves were excellent, but the overall customer service could use significant improvement. My friend and I arrived at 1:30 PM and didn’t leave until 4:00 PM, which felt excessive. My nail technician, Kim, did a great job, and Hep, who polished my toes, was wonderful as well. I appreciated his gentleness, especially given that I have a broken toe. I used a translator app to communicate with me. However, during our entire visit, we were not offered anything to drink. We couldn’t help but notice that when an older white lady came in, she was quickly offered water, and the staff brought her the nail color options. In contrast, we were simply told to “pick a color and have a seat.” I’ll leave it to others to decide whether this place is worth their time and money.

Me and my sister got our nails done here while we were visiting Panama City. We had Linda. She was super sweet. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. They were pretty busy so we did wait for a little while but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend!

10 stars!!! this is my new favorite nail shop in pcb. they take their time, they are super nice, very clean, reasonably priced, and it's quiet! my nails last a month or more from this place, they really do amazing!!!
