Every time I come in Nathan executes the design I want to a T, staying forever and past closing when needed due to attention to detail but still speedy. Ridiculously affordable for Boston and makes in my opinion great stylistic recommendations whenever asked. Took me all of college on Mission Hill to realize the best place to go was a two minute walk away

Nice simple gel manicure at a good price point for the city. They work with walk ins but I would call ahead for same day. Photos from two different sets. I had no breakage between appointments which tells me they’re doing a good job not taking off too much enamel with the drill.

I HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS REVIEW!!! Even the manager or owner. I’m honestly really upset about my experience. They clearly have a credit card machine sitting right there, yet they initially refused to let me use it. I was told they only accept cash, which makes no sense for a nail salon — especially when there isn’t even an ATM nearby. I’ve never been to a salon that operates only accepting cash for a mani/pedi when it’s clearly over $150 min in general. It felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. The employee even had to call the manager just to confirm whether they could accept a debit or credit card. Meanwhile, I’m literally looking at the card machine in front of me. Yes, my nails came out pretty — but the experience was not worth the inconvenience or the awkwardness I felt just trying to

I’ve been to this salon for a classic gel French mani and am satisfied every time, except for today. The manicure prep was too rough, painful. And the design that I asked for simply was not the one that I received. Multiple times I spoke up and offered guidance and feedback, also showed the picture of the French mani that I wanted and she just kept adding more and more white polish. It looks horrid, and my nails are the thinnest they have ever been after this service. I came in with really strong and long healthy nails. Now I have to cut my nails and go to another salon to have the horrible work removed. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed, will not be coming back again.

I’ve been going to this place for over 20 years. The new owner does not know how to run her business. She wrote me down for the wrong day when I called to change the time a young man told me that I could come at 3:10 I get there and then she starts telling me the woman can’t do me because my appointment was for yesterday Which was a lie , I never would make an appointment for Tuesday cause I work, she embarrass me in front of a room full of people and even told me to find another place to go to. I believe this was all done because I was a black woman and she has no respect
