I wouldn’t even give 1 star. My sister came for a full set, came back 10 days later with broken, chipped and peeling nails. When we asked for service on her nails, they were extremely rude, dismissive and unhelpful. The product they use is the cheapest material (MMA, a hard to get, cheap product that destroys nails). I took her to Lima Beauty Lounge (amazing place!) and the nail tech was appalled at what they had done to her nails. She had fungus growing on one of them. The Lima nail tech had me record her taking the nail off so that we could see the type of product they used; she was adamant on me reporting them to the board. She said it’s completely against code. I will be reposting them.

The owner Jean is the bomb.com. My nails are always on point and I love the customer service. Lee always have my feet on point. Seven and the other techs deliver great service as well. I’m a picky person and I don’t have to do anything but sit back and be pampered.

It was so clean , nice people. Very relaxing!!! And most of all I LOVE MY TOES every time .. seven normally does my nails and toes but today I got to experience his brother Lee he was hands down amazing as well. Jean always does my papas feet and is always smiling and welcoming she is the best my papas said.we really enjoyed our session.

I have been to many other nail salons and this is by far the best one I've ever been to. Jean and her staff are so friendly and professional. I feel so comfortable here and they do a wonderful job on my pedicures and wax. I won't go anywhere again.

Nails are different shapes . I got very short French nails and they came up too $60 dollars.. I didn’t even ask for the glitter .. one hand is coffin shape and the other is square shape . Very unsatisfied
