Terrible Experience at this place. They don’t treat their customers fairly. Another customer who arrived after me was serviced before me. I must say, it was one of the worst salon visits I've ever had. The tech who was assigned to service me appeared to not want to work that day. I had to ask him 4 times to add hot water to the pedicure bowl. When I asked another tech , they said the tech who was assigned to service me has to do it. Moreover, the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. The “nail tech” who attended to me seemed inexperienced and lacked basic knowledge about nail care and that is ok because everyone has to start some where. Sadly, I walked out bleeding and was expected to pay full price. When I asked about discount the nail tech was angry and said I will give you $5 off $110 bill, when I tip more than that. She didn’t even check to make sure nails were same length.

Was needing a pedicure and manicure. What a disappointment! Didn't get hot towels on legs, hardly massaged my legs and feet. Made me bleed on 6 fingers. Gel polish on baby toe came off in less than 5 days. Thumb nail is cracked already and very sloppy application as seen on photo. Worker was more interested in video chat than doing nails. Staff is very rude. Other customer tried having a conversation with his nail tech but she wouldnt even crack a smile. Will never go back. (2pics attached. Just pushed back cuticles tonight)

I've seen so many complaints.. had to share. I've had these nails since June 12th. I've been swimming, hiking, climbing, typing on a computer, and serving and they are still wonderful. No chip is well worth the price and unlike another location in Merrillville... It's lasted this long. Different location I had them done and one chipped the next day

My go to nail place. Luann and Tina are the best. Very clean and friendly, great prices too
