Nails Spa Palace

I’m new to the area. I was hoping to find a decent nail shop . Came with a Freind . The ladies were nice . How ever I only got a basic pedicure white toes gel shellac . be mindful they charge you two prices witch I have never seen before I was charged for a pedicure witch was verry faint and short she scrubbed my feet literally 2 minutes max and did the bare minimum and I was also charged a separate fee to get my toes polished. I have never in my life paid 100$ for a basic pedicure !!!!!!! They don’t even charge this in Miami.

Sadly this place just missed the mark for me. I was hoping to find a new nail salon and I researched a couple of places which lead me to this nail salon. The ladies who work here seemed nice enough but the place definitely felt dirty and not really taken care of. When I was sat down for my pedicure I noticed goldfish on the arm rest where I would normally set my phone and purse down. I kept it in my lap instead. When it was time to look through all the sample dip colors they had, I noticed that all the pallets were broken and hanging off. I guess the final part that lead me to give a bad rating, which I usually don't do, is now that its Tuesday(I got my nails done on Saturday) one of my nails has completely come off. I love this place. Love my Astros nails!! Update 7/20/2022...I love the service and all the ladies there but today I walked in and was told by a new lady that it would be a 2 hr wait. Another lady walked in and I warned her that if she didn't have an appointment it would be a 2hr wait. She said she didn't have an appointment so she asked the lady how long it would be. The lady told her 15 min!! I told the new lady that she had just told me 2 hrs...she looked at me and continued to work on the pedicure she was doing. I wanna know why this lady was told 15min and I was told 2 hrs!!

I love nail spa palace! The ladies in there are so much fun & I always love my nails. I go to Vivian and she’s so good and consistent!

I LOVE this place. Besides the fact that they are close to my house, the service is amazing, it is spotless clean, super friendly atmosphere. Call in and speak to Julie and she will get you in right away.
