Plz skip this place.. the place looks clean, well-lit and big, but the reviews are not kidding. This place is the worst. I walked in for a mani pedi and the experience had me so disappointed. Worst part: I simply asked for my under nails to be cleaned during the manicure and the woman pierced the bare wooden stick in my thumb so badly, the nail bed started bleeding. They never told me what their packages or options are — when I asked, I was told mani+pedi+massage = $70. I didn’t want the massage but they presented it as if that’s the only package. Turns out, they barely do anything in this package — the mani was like a change of nail color. No cleaning, cutting cuticles, moisturizing. No one came to check after if my nails are dry .. I was there for 30 mins after the pedi (20 min massage +

I went for gel removal and they filed off the polish, all the way down to the nail. It left an uneven, scratched texture on the nail and cuts on my fingers.

The manager quoted me $15 for a regular manicure. I brought my own polish. She changed the price to $24.99 when she saw my polish, a basic Essie brand. I left with no polish but paid. She then added $15.81. I believe NY State outlawed sales tax on manicures? Be careful here. They bait and switch.

I went in with my mom and my sister (we’re all adults) both my mom and my sister got really good service, I got a pedicure from Tina and honestly it’s the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. She didn’t cut my nails at all (they needed a trim for sure) and while my mom and I got the same priced pedicure I was done a good 10 minutes before her. Also she put on a color I didn’t pick, and then asked why I would pick a color like that. Now not even a week after my gel pedicure my nails are chipping. I won’t be back. I have a really hard time writing bad reviews but my experience was really bad

The worst experience getting my nails done- the woman switched the color I picked for my pedicure, cut and filed my skim raw and my sna powder manicure was the worst part- I have open sores from the filing and half my nails are lumpy and uneven and not even straight. I tried to ask her to fix a few of them but she was hurting me so bad and flat out just didn’t care so I gave up. All this cost me over $100!! I am going to have to go somewhere next week (once my skin heals a bit) to have the nails evened out and probably pay even more money. I will NEVER go to this place again!!
