Horrible customer service!! So disappointed!! I’ve been going to this nail shop for years. I went in to get a pedicure they seat me in the chair never turned on the water and I was sitting there for 20 minutes. A young girl came in and the owner Nancy said what are you doing here your appointments tomorrow and the girls said I wanted it for today and my boyfriend wants a pedicure too. She told her oh I’m sorry I must’ve wrote you down for the wrong day. They skip me and started working on her and her boyfriend and her boyfriend didn’t have an appointment. They were gonna make me wait another 45 minutes. I got up and walked out. I understand doing her toes, but her boyfriend didn’t have an appointment. They should’ve never did his before me.

Nice people, nice job but got a litrle lifting on the sides of the gel job to my nails... Let's see how this go after dropping 165. For 2 mani and 2 pedi without any sets or cutting our natutal nails last Friday.

This is such a quaint little shop to have your nails done in. The employees are very friendly and have a handful of services available - waxing, eyebrows, manicure, pedicure, etc.

Always a 5 star here! Joann did my nails today and they are so cute!!
