I really don’t like leaving reviews, but as I sit here with my nail bed throbbing, I think I should. I’ve been going here for 9 months or so. Things were never amazing but my nails looked good and it’s by my house. Today, I wanted to get my gel tips removed and go natural for a bit. After my pedicure, the tech started filing my fingernails and the lead came over and said gel tips are hard to get off and I had to wait 20 minutes for another technician to come over. And she was rushing to get them done and she ripped off half of my pink nail. She was apologetic which I appreciate, she blamed it on the other tech bc she shouldn’t have filed. I still had to pay full price and no one what the direct technician said an apology to me. And I didn’t even get regular nail polish put on them because

I walked in wanting a French gel mani/pedi and also ended up getting my eyebrows waxed. I was serviced by Lily, we didn’t talk much but it’s ok, she was kind and professional. I liked her perfectionism, when she didn’t like the way something looked, she re did it which I like cause I also want it to look good! She took her time, I didn’t feel like she was in a rush, and she did a great job. Nothing hurt, the cuticles were cut perfectly, no bleeding, no burning. I asked the eyebrow waxer, whose name I didn’t get, to keep my eyebrows thick which she did. The eyebrow wax was relatively quick and again, no burning. This business prefers cash so I paid $143 total for mani/pedi, brow wax + tip.

One day I randomly got my nails done here and have never looked back. The owner is friendly, knows me by name, and is so sweet. The establishment is always very clean. I have gone to several techs and all have been excellent. My full sets last FOREVER. Of course will have grow out but I have had nails last 8 weeks before I could get back in (soccer Mom life) without breaking or peeling.

I had fairly good experiences the times I've been there, but this recent service was by far my worst. 5/31/25 I went in to get a pedicure as well as a tip added because of injury that caused a bit of deformity of the nail. I was placed with a new girl (my mistake), instead of speaking up I told myself everyone has to learn and to give it a chance, once again my mistake should of listened to my intuition. As the service goes on I just start to feel as though she is half doing her job, imo. We get the part of adding the tip and shaping, needless to say at this point I was just over it and began to get upset. Tina noticed that I was upset and proceeds to come and try to fix the issue, I realize that the young girl is upset and try to give let her know it's ok I understand that she has to lear

I am fairly new to the area and stumbled upon this salon. This is my go to spot from now on! The customer service is SUPERB! Tony is remarkable on nails and Lillie is so awesome and patient on pedicures! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon!
