Nails Tips

Stopped here on a Friday (12:30pm)cause I had some spare time and I’m happy I did. The employees were nice and welcoming and full of recommendations. They will try they best to get you to spend some money lol I got my nails, feet and eyebrows done for $128 which I think is pretty fair in this economy and I loved the results. very calming relaxing environment. I walked in upset and crying just from the day and was greeted with kindness and understanding. The nice woman that did my nails provided excellent professional service. She provided me tissue to dry my tears and relatable conversation to allow me to relax. I had just gotten my nails done the prior week at a different salon and was tremendously dissatisfied with the results. Nail Tips did not hesitate to assist for a better nail experience. I love my nails.

I will not be returning. I paid $70 for ombre nails last Friday on the 11th. I was there from 3:40 to 6:50. My ombre is already lifting, it is very chunky with messy application. My set looks as if I've had it for two weeks already. Simple household chores make them feel as if they're going to snap off. I'm very upset. The pedicure is great but for $105 this an absolute NO. Update: The day after my initial review they absolutely did snap off! Taking my nail bed with it on one finger. Almost a month later my finger nail still has slight blood underneath. My nails are frail and peeling. I went two years without getting my nails done and this is a terrifying and depressing first experience back! If I could give zero stars I would!

I recently moved back closer to this nail salon and was excited to return, especially after being offered a great deal to come back. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. It’s disappointing to be quoted one price to get me in the door, only for that price to change once I’m in the chair. I’d rather make the longer drive to my previous salon, where the service is consistently excellent and the prices are always transparent. 0/10 Do not recommend!!!

Please, what ever you do, don’t spend your money at this shop, please. Don’t lose your money for a service that was suppose to last 5 to 6 weeks but started failing in 2 days. Their rating is already 3.6. I wish I had read the reviews first! They truly DO NOT BACK THEIR SERVICES. $45.00 + a $10.00 tip is a lot of money for your nails to be falling off in 2 days. Plus acrylic is lifting off nail beds inviting fungus and this is all less than 2 weeks (11 days). They had a nerve to get mad at me because I got mad at them for not backing their incompetence/lousy service. But that’s OK “Karma” works fast (and I don’t mean anything bad coming from me), I mean GOD has my back. No good comes to a business that don’t back their services or make things right with a customer. Please take h
