Nails West

I brought my nieces with me. They absolutely loved it. They were a handful and the staff was super welcoming and patient with us! I would suggest making sure you're only doing mani or peti not both when bringing children. Especially, if they're as energetic as my nieces. That way they don't have to sit still too long. And save intricate designs for when you come alone. They only do simple color on regular polish. If kids want design it would have to be gel. I have always been insecure about my feet, but I feel super grateful and confident because of their service and beautiful work! 🤍

My 9 month pregnant daughter went in to get her nails done for her baby shower this weekend. She was told it was 3 dollars for a bottle of water. Then the nail tech dinged one of her nails. My daughter is very careful with the drying lights. She was trying to blame the nail on my daughter. She finally fixed it and wouldn’t speak with her after this confrontation. My daughter went to try and have a stress free time. Instead she left in tears. All the manager said is that for free she would put the pink bow on that she didn’t want to be up charged on. Plus my daughter must of misunderstood what the nail tech was saying. Because of the language barrier. We have gotten our nails done hundreds if not thousands of times over the past 15 years. The worst pedicure and customer service I have ever had. I asked for myself and a friend to be together. My manicure was first instead of being together. They made her stand next to me instead of having her manicure done. They tried to put gel polish on us after we specifically said regular polish. My friend had a pedicure that lasted 15 mins longer than mine. My feet do not feel smooth and the “foot” massage was a painful shin only message. Don’t waste your money here!

This was my first and second and possibly forever place to come. I got dip the second time and Acrylic the first. I'm planning on trying it all to feel what's best for me. They did absolutely amazing attending to me, being patient with me in choosing and teaching me what it is I was choosing and what the other types consist of in regards to steps, durability, and comfortability. I did the metal nail magnet thing with the acrylic and it was around 75-80. I did a sparkly pink full nail color with the dip and it was around 65-75. Which both looked absolutely amazing! You have to be careful of what you do if you're getting nails for the first time. I was not careful and broke half of the tip of my nail off on my ring finger.
