UPDATE: Bumping to 4 stars! After leaving my original review, the salon reached out privately and offered to rectify the issue. It’s been almost a week since getting my pedicure redone, and it is holding up much better this go around! I went to this location nearly a week ago from the time of writing this (my appointment was on Friday, September 5). This was my first time going to this salon brand, and I wanted to splurge for my birthday. As such, I booked the Gel Saloon Pedicure experience. My experience *in* the salon was 5/5 stars. I arrived earlier than my appointment and they graciously fit me in despite being earlier than my scheduled appt time. I received wonderful customer service from start to finish during the pedicure. I’ve been to this nail salon twice. My first visit was with Emily, and I was very happy with her work. Because of that good experience, I specifically wanted to book with Emily again for my second appointment. Unfortunately, there was no availability for Emily that day, and I was assigned to Jessy instead. At the beginning of the appointment, my nails were long and I asked for an almond shape with just a slight trim. However, they were cut much shorter than I wanted. Once I realized there was no way to fix the length, I asked for an oval shape at least. When the manicure was finished, each nail had a different shape, and the service felt rushed and careless. Best customer service, and the gel doesn’t peel off quickly. I’ve tried some other salons in the area, and this one has been the best. They offer coffee, wine, etc with your service, prioritize you as the customer, and communicate well. Example 1: I scheduled an appointment for 11am. I wasn’t able to make it. I called (they picked up right away), and I rescheduled to 1:15pm. When I arrived I realized I had time for a full pedicure, not just gel removal (per my original booking). I asked if they could squeeze in a pedicure, but was understanding if they couldn’t. They were quite busy. The lady asked if I could wait 30mins and they could do it. They even offered me a cappuccino while I waited! They’re understanding of you as a human, that things come up, and they don’t punish you or make yo

I've come here for all of my important nail moments as a bit of a nail novice. I've entrusted Mako at this nail saloon with vacations, birthdays, my engagement and now my wedding nails. She has always made it an easy experience no matter what nail art I throw at her and executed with ease. Thanks for being apart of my something blue! Book her!

This is an example of "you get what you pay for." It's pricey, but perfection. I'd say it was in the top 3 best places I've gone for nails in my life. From the comfortable pedicure chairs, to the wide selection of free drinks, to the attention to detail as they cut, filed, and evenly applied the polish. The place was very clean and had a great layout and design. Hana was very friendly and kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy with the length and shape of my nails. Can't recommend enough.
