I’ve been to this nail salon several times, both on my own and with my best friend, and the service is always excellent. The salon is very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming while you’re getting your nails or toes done. They offer complimentary drinks like champagne or juice, and they’re very attentive—if you finish your drink, they always ask if you’d like another. It’s definitely an easy place to get a little tipsy! While the prices are slightly on the higher side, the technicians do an amazing job, making it completely worth it.

Okay, long post…but, stick with me because I promise it’ll be worth the read. If I could rate this salon at 10 stars, I would. But, google and yelp only allow 5. First and foremost, I will admit I am a nail snob. I have been getting my nails done for almost 20 years now. And I am SUUUUUUUUUPER particular about how I like them done. I have seen it all and have tried all there is to offer service wise. I recently moved to the area (like last week recently) and needed some sense of normalcy in my life after moving 9.5 hours from home. So, I researched nail salons in my area. Nail saloon was the first one that pulled up and was within walking distance from my apartment. Upon looking on their website, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the salon (nurse here, so that is a non-negotiable for

I love this place!!! I really appreciate non-toxic nail care because I take serious care of my nails, so I wanted to try this place and it did not disappoint. I got a manicure and pedicure, will all of the add-ons, and I loved it all!!! Nara did everything for me and she was very sweet and detail-oriented, and took her time making sure it was perfect. (Updated review: still love this place! I attached more photos. I wish they had a point system so that loyal customers got some perks!)

Great service with non-toxic nails and a yummy beverage! I got the builder gel nails and a pedicure. It had been my second time at nailsaloon and I was very pleased. Customer service is always good, they brought me a hot tea almost immediately. Paris did my pedicure and Anna did my manicure. Both were amazing! It is pricey, but you’re paying for less toxic nails, which is worth it to me. Last time lasted about a month long with my builder gel nails too! I got a dark blue this time—the color indigo. These are my real nails, almond shaped. I also really like that they put sunscreen on my hands before going under the UV light. It’s the little details that mean the most!

I scheduled an appointment for myself and two friends, and while my personal experience was fine, my friend’s experience was a huge disappointment and a letdown. We received false promises and rushed work. They were initially told extensions were unavailable, but a technician promised they could achieve their desired look using builder gel, leading them to proceed after confirming the specific design, including a gold detail. However, the technician spent excessive time trying to figure out how to do the extensions, ran out of time, and did not complete the final design, leaving the extension job noticeably crooked and incomplete. Most disappointingly, they declared they could not do the promised gold detail and asked them to return another day. When my friends asked for an alternative des
