Such a cute little nail spot! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing from the moment I walked in. They really took their time with me and didn’t rush the service at all, which I truly appreciated. I even received a massage and was offered coffee — such thoughtful touches that made the experience feel extra special. You can tell they care about their clients and the details. I’ll definitely be back!

I’m always greeted with a smile and everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve had manicures from several technicians and every one is excellent! They take time to make sure you are happy with your results. I always request something a little unusual, like opalescent magnetic metallic cats eye, and they do an amazing job! Very clean and hundreds of colors and effects to choose from. I definitely recommend Nailscape! I have been there when they have had difficult customers who ask for extras and then don’t want to pay for them, and people who complain that they aren’t happy when the manicure is done. It’s completely uncalled for; the charges are clearly listed and you literally get to see every single nail as it is being done. You have to take any negative reviews with a grain of salt- s

Since moving here from miami and DC I have not found a nail salon I liked. I have been to VIP in Fairport but always leaves feeling like I settled. Hannah took her time on my mani pedi and did such an amazing job. I got a full set with gel and they look and feel like natural nails and not fake. This is my new go to for nail salon.

The people here are very nice. Everyone greeted me and assured me someone will be with me soon. I had a 6pm appt. and they started on me 10 min earlier. Finally found a spot that is thorough and meticulous with the nails. Liene, who did my nails, was perfection. Definitely going back to her because she was amazing! I hope I’m spelling her name right. I was shocked at everything she did to make the nails look perfect. Cleaned them really nicely and shaped them exactly how I wanted. Compared to the first place I tried called Bolsa Nails, who didn’t do half the things Liene did, I was in awe. Thank you so much! The energy in this place feels nice too! They care about their customers. Really happy with my nails. I got matte powder dip and 4 tips. 55$ bucks. Great price! I’ll be back soon! 💜
