Nailspa Excel

I was there 2 weeks ago for a gel manicure and it was great. I returned to have them removed and change to another gel color. I had a pedi with regular color. I avoid gel because I cringe when they have to remove the gel (it’s so painful), but today, I was proved wrong. The technician was gentle with my nails. It was pain free and quick. I waited for about 10 minutes before they ushered me to a massage chair. The staff is friendly and professional. Eve did my pedicure. She is fabulous. My toenails tend to be uneven (standing long hours). She made my toenails look better after the pedicure. Sandals ready!! I’m definitely returning. :)

I visited this nail salon recently and wanted to share some feedback to help improve the experience. The technician who worked with me was unfortunately not very polite, and I felt a bit uncomfortable during my visit. I also noticed that the salon could use more attention to cleanliness, especially around the workstations and tools. I think this place has potential if they focus on better customer service and keeping the space more sanitary. I hope my feedback helps the team make positive changes, as I always like to support local businesses that care about their customers.

The manicurist did a decent job. I've had my nails done three times with three different people, and they've all done a good job. It's not perfect but better than other places. My nails have grown since I've started getting my nails done here. Color stays on nails, dont break anymore. They are nice people and efficient. The price for the manicure is decent, too. They have a lot of pretty colors. Combos are pricey and not worth it. I will definitely continue to get my nails done here but will not get any of the combos. The color on nails is OPI 4. Hope this helps.

RUN! I came in and got gel X nails done by LYN , Lyn did my nails and 4 nails were off within 2days. I returned and told her the nails were coming off and that I needed them totally redone . I expressed that if she only re did the removed the nails , if the other nails came off she’d have to redo the whole thing which would end up being more work. It was no suprise that all the nails came off extremely easy. She redid the whole thing using the cheapest nail polish. The nail polish kept getting dirty within seconds and wouldn’t be cleaned with even acetone. I returned to explain the problem but Lyn wasn’t around. The manager scheduled an appointment promising it’d be fixed. When I returned, Lyn took zero accountability and wouldn’t want to fix or remove the nails. She kept blaming me and

A woman with short hair did my manicure today. She cut my cuticle and I was bleeding. Instead of cleaning it and proceeding, she simply painted around the blood and did not apologize or acknowledge it. I showed the woman at the desk and she did not do anything either.
