A whole SCAM. I called about getting my gel x nails taken off and they said $15. When I got there they said it'd be $25 if I want to clean it up with a manicure no polish. Okay fine. Then right when I'm about to pay they say the total is $40 bc taking it off is $15 AND $25 for the manicure for a total of $40. Absolute crazy work. She 100% made it sound like the TOTAL was going to be $25. I even saw the receipt say $25 and I heard the nail tech quietly tell the lady at the front to do $40. I've never paid more than $20 for that kind of service anywhere. Why not be upfront about it being $40 before we start? And she kept going on and on about how she was taking her time with me and being patient & careful with the service, like no girl you just don't know what you're doing it should not take

I got my gel manicure from Annie, who worked efficiently. She did a great job and I love the color! It’s a big space with pretty chandeliers and lots of stations.

update: to make matters worse the manager called me and said that they would not do a refund simply because “they ever have”. i really tried to explain everything as politely as possible but she simply did not care. very disappointed to see their lack of commitment to providing quality mail service as they claim to do This was easily the ugliest pedicure i’ve ever gotten. i asked for a french tip with a nude base. they said it would like better with more layers. clumpy, ugly, and a total waste of money. two different girls did the nails. will be calling for a refund

UPDATE: I went to the shop this morning and got my refund. The owner was there and she removed the faulty set and explained that another customer had the exact same issue and the curing wand that they were using was broken and they did not realize it. She was very nice and definitely wanted to make it right. I am going to reserve judgment until I go back in a week and get another set to see how that set does and then I will update this review further. I am still going to keep it at one star for now Mainly because it was such a huge waste of time and ultimately, even though there might have been a malfunction, the quality of the service was as bad as it could possibly be. I love going here for nails the employees there are so sweet and love to chat. They also do really well bio gel nails which is what I recommend getting if you want to go here, and they will recommend this service as well. Ive gone here multiple times and the retention is really good I only ever come back every 5 weeks and I never have chipping, lifting, or breakage! Good investment.
