I had an amazing experience at this nail salon. Initially, I had low expectations, but the nail technician exceeded them like OHHH MY GAAWD!!! She made me feel valued and welcomed as if I was part of the crew. Despite a past bad experience, she convinced me to try ombre nails, and she aced it. Periodt!! Seriously, I was elated with how my nails turned out. Anyway, when it was time to pay, the nail technician even gave me a warm hug afterward, which I appreciated, especially since I'm not from around here. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town. Please note that the price was slightly higher than expected. Although I saw the price on the list, the final cost wasn't reflected in it. So, be mindful that there may be additional costs. Yall. I normally come here. Usually, LoAnn does my nails and they’re great but this morning some young lady did them and she BUTCHERED them! They’re all cut and painted uneven. I have cried for the past hour.

Despite it being a hit or miss, I’ve been coming here for years because my mom introduced me to the shop. Went today and brought my daughter, it was her 2nd time, to get her toes polished. She whined when she couldn’t get her way and sometimes wouldn’t sit still when she had to wait. I was told “I like having you as a customer, but with the chemicals, she can’t come back”. I immediately told her I wouldn’t be back at all. It had absolutely nothing to do with the chemicals, because if that were the case they wouldn’t service children. It was the fact that she was whining and they didn’t like it. Taking my money then lying to my face. I’ll happily find another nail tech who actually does quality work consistently.

Titi takes amazing care of my nails! This shop isn’t big on the lavish spa-like experience, but the skill of their nail techs and prices can’t be beat. It definitely gets busy so make sure to give yourself plenty of time. The only thing I would change is I wish I could make an appointment. I really love that my acrylic/powder nails aren’t too thick, but still feel strong. I gave Titi an image I found on Pinterest and she replicated it perfectly! I can’t wait for the holidays to really get into some fun nail art.

Great location and the Techs are professional. The only think l dont like is the customers talking on their phone is annoying. You're there to relax and enjoy the manicure and pedicure. I wish businesses would not allow this.
