Namaste Nails

The staff here is extremely rude, and they do not want to do their job. I got here at 2 PM and they were not helpful. She did not do her complete job 2 nights before and asked me to return 2 days later, even though it was pressing that I needed to do my nails by that Tuesday. I came back, after a long ride, barely found parking, only to be met with criticism negative remarks, and taking clients, that were doing basic jobs. The gel that I wanted got delayed, my meetings got delayed, my flight had to get rescheduled and the staff was ignoring my requests after several reminders. 30 minutes of waiting and still nothing, and my nails kept breaking. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. ALSO, she filed my nails, completely not synonymous to each other. The service there is horrendous, it is not synchronized

The best nail experience I have had in a while. I was accommodated really well, and was given service immediately even if I was a bit early for my appointment. The staff was very friendly, they gave me massages and the hospitality was amazing. It was a relaxing experience, and my nails came out great. Will be going again!
