I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for about a year. Since moving to Charlotte two years ago, I’ve relied heavily on reviews when choosing businesses, so I feel it’s only fair to share my experience. My earlier visits were decent, although the quality often depended on whether my nail tech felt rushed. I frequently had to remind him that I wasn’t in a hurry so he could take his time, which usually resulted in better work. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. During my pedicure, another customer came in asking my tech to fix her polish. Despite me having an appointment, he paused my service to assist her. What concerned me most was that he used the same gloves between clients. I had to ask him to change them before continuing, which is something a client

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I went to get a mani and gel polish. The while polish looked like my 3 year old did it. Got the color changed and now it looks like her 3 year old home girl did it! I don’t have time to go back and forth but WILL NOT RETURN!

Love this nail salon, love the owners. I’ve been getting my nails done from the owner since I was 16 years old. Went from getting press on nails to growing out my actual nails & I love them! Any style I bring it’s executed every time!

Everyone was so amazing! They were able to do my nails and toenails hours before my wedding and I loved how they turned out! Everyone made it so fun, made me feel at ease with all the running around I was doing, and I could not have asked for more with such quality work! I really appreciate all they did! ❤️❤️❤️

Went here because it’s across from my house and upon arrival the guy let me know there wasn’t a wait time. The overall service was not bad. However, the shape and paint job is horrible. My nails are crooked and they were not crooked before. I’ve gotten my nails done for years. These are also my natural nails. I asked to have it fixed and was told that’s just how my nails are and she can’t fix it. I’m convinced no one on this side knows how to do quality nails.
