The prices were reasonable and it didn’t take long for my hair to be done. Thank you Nana’s. I love my hair! ❤️

I like how they immediately got to work but they aren’t friendly at all. I was told to pay in the middle of the service because the lady was leaving . Which was no problem but the lady never left lol. Then there was a 3% charge for using a debit card. While processing my card was asked if I wanted to tip .NO I didnt want to tip! If the attitude was better maybe but customers shouldn’t feel the need to tip if they are bringing their own hair! The braids are ok some bigger than others I give this place 4/10

This shop is my favorite braiding salon! I have tried other shops near me and didn’t have the same experience. I wasn’t nearly as satisfied as I am when I walk out of this shop. Nana the owner is super sweet! Her stylist work quick and always friendly. The price was reasonable! Jossey did my hair today. I’m very pleased with the outcome! I’m glad I was able to book an appointment. Thank you ladies!

Thank you Edith & I wish I remember her associate name, thank you for filling me in. Love my Bohemian medium knotless. I think I'm ready for my vacation. I am very picky about my hair, where I will cry if it's not done well. Super dupa happy and the price was not too bad. Thank you. See you soon!!

Please learn to explain better when responding to a text inquire about a specified style. Nana was very short with her responses and informed me a day before they can't do a style with a specific type type of hair. For people who are sensitive to synthetic hair, there should be certain recommendations. 2nd incident, definitely won't be a third!!
