ZERO STARS!! Cannot express in enough words their unprofessionalism and mediocre massages. Massages are not a luxury for me, they are a necessity due to past injuries. My first massage was eh...young girl, nice enough but you could tell she was new and needed experience. My second massage was to be at 11 a.m. today 3/7/26. I am serious here...I get a phone call that I just happened to answer at 7:27 p.m. telling me that my massage person "no longer works here" (I'm guessing she probably quit even my experience and treatment by the mystery management/owner). And that affects me how, right? They tell me they only have a 10:30 a.m., I tell them I cannot make that because I already had on my calendar a 9 to 10 a.m. training that I was required to attend and I do not live close to this o

Great membership plan. I’ve tried a couple therapists and they both been great. They use a platform bed for the Massage and there’s lots of add-ons available in the membership package. It’s probably one of my favorite parts, you can always add different services (cupping,cbd oil, aromatherapy etc) to your massage depending on how you feel.

My massage at Nani Massage was truly relaxing. It’s not your typical massage. It’s not on a massage table, it’s on a platform bed which is soooo comfy. My therapist, Diana, listened to me when I told her what areas I wanted her to focus on. She was great! The entire staff was so welcoming, and the atmosphere was peaceful—and this was opening day when you might think they needed to work out some of the opening day bugs. Nope—it was all great! I’m looking forward to my next massage in a few weeks.

Massage therapists are great. Only complaint is the elevated beds (which are amazing) really need some air circulation and access to fresh air under them. Especially bc of how your head goes into a hole and youre breathing the same air as the people before you. Feels like a great way to get sick and spread germs.

I had a great massage yesterday with Eli. He has fantastic technique and did an excellent job on my aching back , legs and feet. Perfect pressure and use of both hot n cold stones. I was extremely disappointed with my first massage with Clarissa, but Eli was one of the best ever Can’t wait to return and highly recommend Eli. Glad you have him on your staff
