I have to say Ms. Charmaine is the owner in hair stylist at this salon She has been my hair stylist for a total of 10 years now I did not read her a five because she's my hair stylist. I rated her a five because of the service that she gives. And the knowledge she gives you on how to keep your hair healthy, growing and beautiful all the time. She is a pillar of the community She always giving back her and her family to those who are in need. When you went into her salon if it is back to school time she has giveaways for the children of her clients. And some of those little children are her clients. Words can't express how happy I am with the service and final style. I've gotten starter locs put in several times by different stylists. Although all the stylists have been nice with good customer service this is the first time I was actually happy with the end style immediately... without having to go home and tweak the style or wait for the parts to blend out to appreciate the beauty of the twists. I may actually let my hair loc this time!! Charmaine is very personable and skilled. Price point was perfect. Will definately be back for maintenance.

Terrible communication!!! After initial effor to reach out and told I would get a call after shenwas done with clients, she NEVER responed despite texts, calls, and visit to location.
