I picked up a preloaded trailer with rolls of paper. It was the first preloaded/tarped trailer that I didn't have to retarp or resecure. It was literally drop the empty trailer and hook this one. They do an awesome with securement and the tarp was ready to get on the road. One bad thing was I had to wait 45 minutes to get my paperwork when I was ready to leave because everyone was "on a break". Overall, awesome job! Thanks, guys!! (No overnight parking, fyi)

When you come u have to pull up and get in line with other drivers make sure u know what place u are for unloading side the ppl unload you quick make sure tandems are slid all the way to back and when I was here put paper work in bin only when your truck is being unloaded. 4 stars cause you don't know what's going on when u first come in but luckily other truck drivers can be nice and inform you hope this helps

Picked up a load of rolled paper and man this NGC has probably done the best job of securing and tarping I have seen! Very nice!

Was unloaded in about 50 minutes. Receiving is gate 1. Gate 3 is shipping. Pull into gate 1 and get on scale. Wait for it to turn green after being red and pull off. If any open docks go ahead and slide tandems, open doors, removed straps or load bars and dock. There are 2 docks and I was the second truck in, so I docked immediately. Chock your wheels and walk around the building to the first big gray door. Inside put your paperwork in bin that says “IN”. Once unloaded sweep out trailer, pull onto scale and scale out. Then back off scale into the lot and walk inside again to get paperwork in “OUT” bin. Not bad at all.

Not bad. Pull in pull on scale they will talk to you on the CB. If a dock is open back in. If not pull to the right in the lot and wait for one to open. And afterwards you have to sweep your trailer out. Which I don't agree cause it's their product but whatever. Afterward get back on scale and then park in the lot and go get your paperwork. Pretty simple
