Native Sun Tanning-Chester

Tan beds are older and prices are not good at all and they do not offer military discount. The girls that work there are not so good and not nice with snobby attitudes. When the services are done they continue to try to charge you even after you have canceled the services. One girl name Lindsay actually took a cash payment from me 3 months worth and everything was on camera and here it is not even 3 weeks later I was told I needed to pay for my monthly subscription……. NO I DO NOT!!!!

I really like the place over all. It's kinda old but the young girls at the desk are always friendly. Only problem is this is the THIRD time in a row that I've gone during "open hours" and the place is closed. Today is 2-3-24 at 1:10pm and it's close, lights off and no sign to why. I have to make time in my day and money out of my pocket to go they should be open. Again 3 times in 4 weeks is a little much with no reason.

I hate it when a business forces me to be a Karen. I called yesterday to ask the hours to confirm. I went by well within the hours it was supposed to be open and doors were locked, lights out. No sign like "our employee is sick. So sorry" I have a few tans already paid for. Here's hoping that I can catch them when they're actually open during their alleged business hours.

I have been a frequent customer for about 1-2 years now. I used both the tanning bed and red light. But lately I have not been to happy with their customer service. First of all the no one ever answers the phone. Secondly I had a small incident and I called and the staff was not sure what they could do. After many times of calling and then saying they were going to contact the owner and not hearing from her. It gets very frustrating and just does not show great customer service. I have even asked if the manager could call me. As soon as my subscription is done I am looking into other tanning salons unless I can get some help.

They seem to be closed more during business hours than not. If a sign could.be posted that would be helpful. A lot of take time in between work and errands to come here for it to be a hit or miss to be open or not
