They do good work, but the level of unprofessionalism and poor communication I experienced during my most recent visit left me deeply disappointed. Prior to coming in, I called to confirm that I could receive a hard gel manicure and a regular gel pedicure at 4:30 PM, and was told that would be fine. However, my experience in the salon was far from what I expected. While Jason was completing the hard gel portion of my manicure, I politely asked for an additional coat because one of my nails had previously broken, and I believe it was due to the gel being too thin. Instead of simply explaining his perspective, he became visibly upset, put down his tools, and told me he could not do the extra coat. I was taken aback by his attitude. Definitely come to this place!!! As a office girl I particularly enjoy their effectiveness. My nail was nicely done within 40 mins where others place will absolutely take 70 mins to achieve the same quality. This is a 16 year old nail salon in the neighborhood with great reputation, I love the owner Suki and her staff very much. The Salon is clean, spacious, quiet and professional;) Price are super reasonable, multiple styles of choice… I normally don’t write reviews that much but strongly recommend!!

This young lady does my pedicure and I just close my eyes each time. That is a feet and leg massage. When she does my nails she does not hurt me. She takes care of me and that is what it's about. I like this nail salon and it sadden me when my nail tech left, I still look for her knowing she's no longer there, but like the saying goes, keep it in the family. I had to go through different techs that made me want to leave and not come back, but I liked where I was so I finally saw her and she makes me a very happy satisfied customer each time. I went in today and had a great experience. They were out of my color I selected but Shawn recalled another color that was very close after I selected a second color, it was so thoughtful! He did a great job and really made sure each individual nail was shaped correctly, took his time, and fixed small imperfections without me saying anything. I def will be back!!

Never again. This place is consistently late and unreliable. The first time I went with my boyfriend, we made an appointment for both of us. They took him in 30 minutes late. The second time, I called ahead and was told they were available—but I still ended up waiting 45 minutes. Today was the final straw. I called and asked if they had availability, letting them know I was just 5 minutes away. They said yes, so I assumed I could walk in and start right away. I arrived, and an older lady told me to wait 15 minutes. I explained I had just called and was told they were available, but whatever—I waited.
