Natural Beauty Salon & Spa

So after calling and leaving a message, I decided to come in person as I was super excited to start my natural hair journey as soon as possible. Even though they are by appts only, she opened the door for me and took the time to understand what I was there for and even referred me to a great stylist behind them that could do my "big chop" the same day. Plus they have an additional shop that offers items such as crystals and smudge sticks. I am very grateful and hope to return.

I forgot to post but baby I love this salon they are the best hands down... Hunni they got some blessed hands up n there they treated me like family I love my cut and can't stop smiling still smiling they made me feel a lot better because I was depressed n so was my hair now look at it lovely can't wait for my next appointment I love u guys

I am new to the Richmond area and had called several other salons. They all told me to call back later or stated they would give me return call and never did. This salon scheduled me right away and sent me an email confirmation as well as I reminder. I only waited a few minutes once I arrived and the results were excellent. I have received many compliments. I will definitely be returning. My stylist was Jennifer !

I started my locs here and have enjoyed my experience the quality of service for what I pay great. It is a chill relaxed atmosphere. Nice people work there. Every now and then there will be a wait but I never schedule my appointment during a day where I need to be in and out quickly. Be patient and enjoy the environment.

The staff seemed to be too self-involved starting with the receptionist. I arrived at my appointment about 30 min early and waited about 5 minutes while the receptionist had a seemingly private phone conversation before having me fill out a survey regarding my hair. After she finally got off the phone she then took the survey which did not seem to make it to the stylist being that she asked me all of the same questions that were on it. It was clear that my stylist was not current on education once I began asking questions about hair patterns and the categories they fall in. She also got water in my face while rinsing my hair with out acknowledging that it was done. After almost finishing my hair cut, she asked if she could start her next client before she finished the cut. I felt that th
