Natural Eyebrow

I left this place feeling extremely disappointed. I’ve been here several times before, and they have always done a great job. Unfortunately, this time one of the staff members made several cuts on both of my eyelids while threading. I’m really sorry the manager did not handle the situation properly.

I used to love this place , but last few times I did my threading there it was a total disappointment and will never go back . You tell the ladies to leave your eyebrow thick and not change the shape they do the total opposite . Do not recommend

I had been a client for a few years and I always liked Syia's work. I often waited to do it only with her. as was the case this time. Now I had eyelashes put on, and by accident she dropped one in my eye, which gave me a horrible allergic reaction. She said I could wash it off. That already caused some problems. It took me half an hour to leave the salon. My eyes were burning a lot, very red, I could barely open them to walk. But we agreed that I would come back the next day for her to fix it.. I just didn't want to do it anymore at that moment until I got better. I used to love this place. But the last 2 times they've completely jacked up my eyebrows. One is thinner than the other and she cut into the other to make it thinner or something and it just looked like someone cut my eyebrows. I can't ever go back.
