Always a great experience at NG! I frequent both the North End and Charlestown locations and the ladies always provide great service! They will walk you through any questions you have and make sure you’re happy with your shade and coverage.

I went to the Charlestown location today and Michelle helped me with my first ever spray tan. She was so helpful and very sweet and made the whole process smooth! My tan came out lovely and I’ll definitely be back.

Service was terrible. She rushed me and I said the tan wasn’t dark enough and she basically dismissed me and said it will get darker. Well I woke up in the morning and I barely notice that I even got a spray tan. It was a partial and there is literally no difference between the spray tan skin vs my natural skin. What a waste of money. And I am so disappointed because I voiced my concerns when I was there. She completely disregarded me. I regret tipping her for the terrible service she gave.

I went to the new Charlestown location. I would suggest going darker than you think. I got “dark” and let it marinate for 8-9 hours as suggested to- I look like paler than I started. I had to spray tan my face again myself! For the price, I would expect an amazing dark tan! Sad because it is convenient location and staff was great.

This was the first time I ever had a spray tan! I just wanted to leave a review saying how great the experience was. The team was great at making recommendations and made me really comfortable. I thought it would be awkward but I was actually so surprised how easy it was! I think that had a lot to do with how nice the staff are. If you're thinking if getting a spray tan for the first time, I think this is a great place to go!
