We had a lovely visit at the spa. There was a mix up with our booking, but from the moment we walked in, Jen, the staff member immediately set out to make it right. She was so helpful and explained everything well for it being our first time. She also made us feel so comfortable. When we were in the spa was pretty full and Jen was working alone, but she managed to keep everyone moving and comfortable. This was our first time and we tried almost everything. I really appreciated the immediate relief I felt from visiting the salt cave and doing the red light therapy bed.

I decided to try PEMF therapy to help with pain, inflammation, and fatigue. I was drinking coffee just to get by and after one session the most coffee I’ve drank daily is a1/3 of an 8oz cup. I’m starting to get more energy back and feel more alert and the pain is 95% gone. Rick is compassionate and wealth of information. I can tell he is passionate about helping others feel better.
