Natural Healthy Hair Rocks

I’ve had a few good experiences with Curley in the past, but unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. She burned my scalp multiple times and seemed extremely unwelcoming. I don’t mind that she isn’t talkative, but when I asked a question or tried to engage at all, she came across as bothered and annoyed. Her customer service definitely needs improvement, and she should be much more gentle and considerate when working with clients.

My hair was bushy and crunchy feeling. I just paid and didn’t bother about saying anything because I knew I wouldn’t be coming back. She flat ironed my hair except the ends. She curled my ends without straightening first. I didn’t realize I booked the sts but opted to not get the trim which it should have been 175 instead of 200. I try to support black businesses. You have to wear a mask. She isn’t engaging and I own every Olaplex product and it didn’t smell like she used them bc they have a unique scent. My hair was bushy in the chair I pulled my hair immediately up in a bun. She stopped flat ironing my hair to wash a client that came in. My roots were bushy I took pictures immediately after in my car. I just had my hair sulked pressed two weeks earlier and it wasn’t bushy. She asked me w

I’m not sure if there are other stylist in the salon, but Curley M is very rude, not welcoming, does not make you feel good about PAYING for services. I will not be back to this business. I do not recommend. Also my hair does not look good.

I have been wearing my hair natural for years, like I haven't really straightened for like a decade. Larissa made my hair feel and look like silk and she was very friendly. I had a great time and I will probably become a regular. Five stars!

I loved my first visit with Curley and I’m excited to see how the health of my hair improves with my future visits. I was in and out of the chair in no time and my silkpress is lasting!
