Great nail salon! Beautiful polish colors available (regular, gel polish), types of nails (pink & white, acrylic, silk wraps) and nail technicians are very detailed. The salon is very clean and spacious. The metal nail tools are sanitized and opened from peel pack pouches on each use, which impressed me. They also have plexiglass between you and the technician. They keep the whole salon in tip-top condition, and has been here since 2001. They were closed for 3 months in 2020 but now open Tuesdays through Saturdays to about 6:30 or 7pm. I'm very happy I visited this salon!

First I have to be honest and tell you Kim gave me the best manicure that I have ever had. However, the fact that they charge extra for a polish removal at a manicure appt is beyond ridiculous, for that reason alone I will not return. Bad business practice! I've never been charged at a manicure appt for the removal of previous polish, never heard of it! Such a shame, their loss.

This place is lovely and comfortable. Very clean. My regular manicure stayed on longer than any manicure I've gotten at any other place I've been too. One issue was that the lady let me go a little too early before my nails dried and they got a little messed up. Admittedly I was in a rush...

Natural Nail Design in Medford is definitely the best salon to go to around the city, they are so kind, and amazing nails! I appreciate the patience and lovely atmosphere!
