I tried this place for the first time, and I was truly disappointed. I rarely complain when I go places but the customer service at this place is very poor. The next day I noticed my nail polish was coming off and some nails was very bumpy. I called to let them know and went back. The guy who works the front desk was very dismissive and kept telling me to sit to wait. I told him that I didn’t want the same girl redoing my nails and I just wanted the polish off at this point. I had to ask for management and she took it off, but they were not apologetic at all. First impression should be the best. This shop just appears to want money and does not care about customers. Please train your technicians before taking people money. I had high hopes for this place since I’m on this side of town. Al

Let me start by saying this was my first time here and Norma was a doll! She gets the full 5 stars she did my pedicure she was super nice, attentive and she did a wonderful job. The cons ..was that owner. Very rude. Not only did I call ahead and ask for pricing , the price was different was different when I got there cool.. I finish my pedicure waiting to pay, his workers are calling for him and hes strolling then has the audacity to take the client behind me while im trying to pay. If I hadn't had any morals I would have walked out because clearly thats what his disgusting behavior and attitude wanted. I will only ever come back for Norma other than that I DO NOT RECOMMEND

My girl Cindy @nailedby.cindy always goes above & beyond! I always step into the salon relaxed knowing she’ll do a great job☺️ no matter if you are giving her full freedom to do whatever she wants or an inspo pic.. she eats every time.

I’ve been here a few times & I’ve never been disappointed this way before. I got a gel pedi & she didn’t even pain the entirety of the toe nails. There are gaps between the skin & nail where it’s just clear gel all bunched up no color. I went inside & asked them to take it off & I was told they can’t paint the whole toe nail because it would make me uncomfortable?! Now I have to go to another salon & pay for them to remove the gel & paint them all over again. Mind u my flight is at 10am. These photos were taken after I filed some of the clear gel down on the sides of the big toes.

I kept giving this salon more chances because I have had a good experience here before. But if only one out of 4 experiences is good then it’s not that great. My one good experience was with Roxy, but haven’t been able to do my nails with her since that one time since they don’t schedule appointments. All my other experiences I feel like the nail technicians are doing my nails with their eyes closed. Today I asked the lady to cut my nails, she didn’t cut them, I asked for almond shape but instead she filed them all different lengths. I asked her again and she literally ignored me. Finally another technician stepped in and fixed the shape and length issue. But ultimately I ended up with very messy work. Feels like she didn’t even complete the manicure, leaving nail Polish on my skin, the s
