I have been coming to this salon for years and absolutely love my Dominican girls — Nicole, who does my nails, along with Cindy and Yohanny, who have also taken great care of me. I’ve recommended them to family and friends because they are very attentive and always do an excellent job. There is no design you ask for that they can’t do. The salon is clean, organized, and you can truly see their dedication to their work. They consistently go above and beyond for their customers and are always respectful. I look forward to my nail appointments every time — it truly feels like home. I always make sure to schedule my appointments. I’ve been coming to this salon for almost 4 years. I have never had an issue that couldn’t be communicated and politely resolved. The team is super professional and treats everyone in a welcoming manner. I’ve brought my whole family and plenty of girlfriends, and they’ve had no complaints either. The team performa at an excelsior level of work and are always respectful to provide the service you want and need. If it’s a hard design, my nail tech will honestly tell me if she can achieve it or attempt to (which 19/20 times she does) and when it’s the 1/20th, she’ll tell me honestly that it’s not something she’s mastered yet but will work on it on her personal time to attempt it for the following appointment. I writing this to inform people about the amazing experience I had. I personally think that natural nails inc is a very professional spot to get your nails done. My nails turned out very pretty and I recommend the spot.

I’m writing this review from the pedicure chair. I only stayed and followed through with the service so I can have a nice pedicure for a first date tonight but this place is ridiculous. They barely speak English , talk about you in your face in their language , the manicurist had no idea what she’s doing. She clipped my toe nails without even soaking my feet first. When I questioned her about it she was lost and confused and her staff undermined my concern to make me look stupid. I tried to support locally but I will probably drive to my regular nail salon in Montclair just for better quality of service and workers that actually speak english.
