I've been natural (4c) for over 3 years and I decided to go and get a silk press at this salon, Biggest Mistake Ever. She kept going over and over my hair with the flat iron and hot comb until it was "Manageable". I recently washed my hair and my curls didn't bounce back. I have heat damage all over my hair. So not only did she cut a lot of my hair off, Im stuck to deal with repairing my hair. I am forced to Wearing wigs until my hair grows back to a decent length and is healthy. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU'RE NATURAL!!!!

if I could give negative stars I would! The stylist literally ruined a 360 frontal I purchased and refused to take responsibility or make an effort to fix my hair. She bleached the knots leaving bald spots in my wig. When confronted about the situation she suggested that I paid over $700 for hair to have a wig made to "alter it". The very night I got the wig the string from the elastic band she installed was unraveling. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE! She is extremely unprofessional and unskilled!

My natural 4b hair had a traumatic experience when I asked for wash and flat iron. The owner is well intentioned but does not know how to style , comb, manipulate natural hair at all. I do a better job on my own. Won't be going back.

The stylist that did my hair name was Bri. She was rude and very unprofessional. She charges you for additional service that should already be implied with the service. My sew in with a closure was done terribly. Her Instagram @freakyourhair is very deceiving!

My first visit was a bit trying but the stylist was most friendly and I am still enjoying my hair style.
