Okay… my apologies to the owner of this salon but this needed to be said and posted. I showed the pic w the blonde haired girl as an inspo. Never ONCE did I say I wanted layers, and short to my neck . I understand that in the picture the hair is styled, that is very much so correct but as a hair stylist I believe you should know how exactly to cut hair right and have a vision on how the cut would go if it was not styled. I literally balled my eyes out while there and after I left , kindly the owner did not have me pay bc she said it was fine bc i was fondly upset, which I did appreciate for taking my feelings into consideration. I went in with hair length past my shoulder and it was left above my neck … I did not ask for it to be this short , nor did I ask for layers. I’m the kind to trust

We came to this place based on the reviews it has, unfortunately we didn't feel welcome, the lady was not nice or smiling or anything like that I brought my girls and we didn't feel comfortable staying for the haircut, when someone don't even respond to a "Hello good afternoon" is not a good start. Not sure if that was the owner but would be very nice to be greeted with some kindness. Also the owner responded to my review mentioning the braids, yes my girls had a couple of braids that the lady kept shouting at us so we would save her the trouble, never in my whole life visiting a hair salon the hairstylist would say is not my work to have braids undone we have straight long thick hair and it wouldn't have been a problem for us to do it even though I don't understand why the ladie wouldn'

I had an appointment for a Saturday morning, though they were running a bit behind, I was patient and waited my turn. After spending 6 hours in this salon getting my virgin hair dyed, they ruined my hair, completely. They were working on other clients while I was sitting there with bleach in my hair and when they finally got back to me, it was way too late. My hair was orange and they tried to fix it on the low with toner but it was too late, but that didn’t stop them from charging me full price. The color that came out, wasn’t the color or the style discussed during the consultation. I tried to live with it, but I couldn’t. 2 days later I went back for them to fix it, but it was still not what we discussed.
