My experience is with Abby. The shop has great braiders but I’ve only been to Abby. My girl Abby never disappoints. She makes sure when you are leaving her chair, you leave completely satisfied. When I first went to Abby, I told her about the condition of my hair; thin sparse edges and my plans on growing it out. She gave me great advice and my edges have grown out a lot since going to her. I trust no one in the area except for her when it comes to my hair. She has been a hair stylist/ braider for years and you can tell she loves doing hair. Five stars! Totally recommend. My advice is to book an appointment in advance. I always give Abby at least 48 hours before I come in to see if she has availability. Thanks Abby!

Disappointed Poor listening skills Stick to natural hair bc braids isn’t for the inexperienced. I feel robbed Money down the drain Not happy I will look for someone experienced to fix this mess.

I arrived at the shop at 11:25am my appointment was at 11:30am which I was 5 minutes early for. The lady with the rabbit tooth was on her phone through out the whole appointment along with watching tv. My daughter hair was not done till 4:50pm it took 5hrs it does not take 5hrs to complete an 11 year old’s hair knotless braids at that. Once the rabbit tooth lady got in contact with a lady for the price she stated it would be $200 once I stated I will not pay that amount, remind you the shop did not supply us with the hair. Then the rabbit tooth lady got in contact with the owner of the shop which he tried to belittle the situation. I ended up paying $160 I was dead standing on not paying no damn $200 for 5hrs work when the site stated it would only take 3hrs. REMIND YALL THE WORK IS ALRIGH

My last experience with this shop was excellent. Fatou and Abby are braiding stylist that are professional, kind and accommodating to the customer, Abby is still there which a good thing. Unfortunately, Fatou is no longer there. I found her to be replacement to be unprofessional, loud and often on the phone. She was 45 minutes late for a 9 am appointment! I should have left then, it definitely was a bad sign. She had two of us scheduled (braiding)at the same time and needed help to complete our hair. While Abby was cranking out customers left and right with satisfaction. I would suggest booking appointments with Abby.

The professionalism and customer service at this salon is unmatched! My visit to this establishment has been the best hair braiding experience that I’ve ever had! I love my new knotless box braids! They were done very well at a great price. I recommend this salon to anyone, and I definitely will be returning!
