Neat Cuts

Worst hair cut ever, does not understand English, told hairdressers to cut and inch, and curve from my jaw in front, going to now get a perm to cover it up intill the mess grows out. Asked to cut one inch she cut five, I even showed with my fingers, she cut five off totally did not listen will where in pony tail and get perm intill this mess grows out, worst hair cut I have ever had in 60 years of getting my hair cut, wish I would of read reviews before I went she done this to other clients! Does not listen or understand English.

I came in for a haircut because I hadn’t had one since before the pandemic and Jennifer was very helpful and even suggested highlights to update my look because I have quite a few gray hairs now. It was a great first experience and I will be returning for my maintenance

I give one star yesterday I go in salon and i make appointment for 2 people one is my man one is my brother for curly hairs pum they good but after my husband told another her my wife hair is damage before she starting the treatment I told her I have hair extensions I tip so you did very soft hand and good product I don’t know what she apply on my hair and my own hair tooo is damage and fluffy and I cry a lot that why I put 1 star I never go this salon

So I’ve went here a few times over these last few months, was pretty good at first. But my last visit, I got stuck with a barber I wasn’t familiar with, and sadly my haircut resembles nothing from what I asked for, I mean my line up is a bit off too, but if your looking for a fade or any manly cut related, I’d definitely choose another shop instead. I normally don’t leave reviews, especially bad ones, but to cut my hair deliberately the same length when asking for two different sizes.. I mean I no longer can trust this place with my hair and wanted to leave this review so that the barbers understand my disappointment in their service.

I was next up to get my haircut and the hair stylist decides to make me wait and help the guy after me. She asked if I can wait instead because the other guy was in a pinch and I was not in a hurry. Gave it a 2 stars because of the convenience by my house and the other lady that helped me out was nice and the A/C was on. **Please, don't skip your clients!!!**
