I too purchased my service on Groupon and yes I too was rescheduled a couple of times but I respect the fact that this lounge puts safety first!! I loved the lady who did my service. She was professional, kind and very knowlegable. I am scheduled for another service on 10/29. Can't wait!!!

I purchased a Groupon for hyaluron pen for my lips. I made an appointment and the day of the appointment 2 hours before she cancelled. Ok, so I rescheduled, the next appointment the day of, 2 hours before she cancelled. Both days I had taken time off work for the appointments. Thank goodness Groupon gave me a refund. If you are not wanting to accept Groupon clients then you shouldn't put yourself on tGroupon. She also told me she was going to advise me to get a refund from Groupon anyways, so its obvious she wasn't trying to honor the Groupon in the first place.

Absolutely amazing!!! I received the Laser Facial with the laser Lipo service, with the owner Katrina, this was my first time getting the service and it was such a great experience, she explained every step and process in great detail. I felt confident I made the right choice, I am loving my results.

I had an absolutely amazing experience!! Katrina was very professional, kind and courteous the whole time. She made sure I was comfortable at all times, and she is very knowledgeable in her craft! You won't be disappointed!

Do NOT go here, my appointment was confirmed both via phone and text (so in writing) and I was ghosted completely. She never showed up and never answered my calls and texts asking where she was. I waited 30 minutes and still nothing. SUPER unprofessional and upsetting.
