This salon has it all. You want a facial ✅ you want beautiful lashes✅you want a spray tan ✅you want a massage ✅you want an amazing nail set ✅or you want to do something amazing with your hair ✅✅. Chrissy (my esthetician)has amazing facial products and takes the time to explain the entire process, she makes sure to answer all of your questions or concerns when it comes to your face! The salon environment is fun and welcoming to everyone. Linnsey has my heart. It’s difficult to find a hair stylist that will take the time and has patience for special needs adults and Linnsey does. My daughter has been going to her for years and Linnsey always makes it a magical experience for my daughter. I would highly recommend this salon for every service they offer! Top notch!

Love the people and atmosphere here! Sierra always does incredible nails, she has a way of knowing exactly what I want even when I don’t know what I want. Linnsey is amazing with hair as well! I have curly hair and until Linnsey no one had ever taken the time to teach me how to properly care for and style my curls. I’ve met some of the others that work there as well and they’re all amazing! Couldn’t recommend this salon more!!

I would definitely recommend Neon Republic. It is the best salon in Salem In my opinion, all the girls there are super friendly they make you feel right at home. They always have snacks and drinks to offer. Sierra does an amazing job at hand painting anything on your nails, Linnsey is fabulous at any vivid color and Chrissy does a great job on my eyebrows if you need a lamination or lashes I would definitely recommend her. All of these ladies are amazing at what they do!!! Ashley is Great at doing any kind of braids I always recommend her for anyone looking for braids. Honestly, the whole crew there is like a family and I love the experience I get.

I have been seeing Sierra and Linnsey for my nails and hair magic for quite a while and love it and them. Excellent people, excellent quality, excellent service.

Been coming here for a few years and Linnsey has been wonderful. I first came in with a really bad chemical cut from over bleaching and she helped me keep as much of the length as possible while getting it back to a healthy state. She is also a complete rockstar when it comes to vivids. I am always getting compliments, even when it starts fading. I’ve started just telling her the colors I want and just letting her go to town with the placement and sectioning. The staff are fun and the services are excellent. Highly recommend this salon.
