New 1441 Fulton Nail

Okay so I wanted to like this place but the lady who did my spa pedicure was unfriendly, rude, rough and obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing at all!! If I asked a simple question with a friendly smile she would get upset…she didn’t ask me if I wanted square or round, my mask was on for 30 seconds. She didn’t do my cuticles…the hot stone massage was the worst I’ve ever gotten. The thing is I’m a great tipper…and I’ll still give her $10 (usually do $40+) and i guarantee that’s more than anyone gives her. Now my toes hurt cause she cut them way too short. I hope I don’t get an infection. I doubt anyone who works here or even the owner will read and care about this but I was not happy

went here for the first time today. david is amazing. he gave me a beautiful french mani SNS with silver glitter. perfectly matched my reference photo with the shape and colors. i didn’t catch the name of my pedicurist but she was also great. will be back :)

I love them, they are like family to me. I been with them about two years. My original tech is "anne" she does a marvelous job all the time on my nails and feet. She takes her time and makes sure her job is well done. All the rest are pretty ok, no complaints.

This place is such an unsanitary mess and cheap prices simply mean low-grade work by unqualified workers and no professionalism at all. I went in originally for a gel manicure and ended up walking out with the gel manicure I had removed and it was left in such a poor state after they wanted to dip my hand in acetone and not care at all about skin and cuticle care. The workers were so unprofessional, nothing was cleaned, and tools were reused that I could see previous nail particles...Initially, I was drawn to this nail salon because of its location and cheap prices. Lesson learned- Do not be fooled by cheap prices. It's cheap because the quality is so low on every level. Invest in you, your nails, DO NOT COME HERE.

Been going to this Nail Salon for years. Now I take my daughter and they always do an excellent job. David and his workers are always welcoming and accommodating. Never had an issue, will always use their service.
