New Concepts Hair Studio

They deleted my review that i posted with pictures... SMH, do not go to this place... the lady cut my hair shorter then i wanted it and VER UNEVEN LAYERS. She was talking to other customers while doing my hair and she accidently cut it short. Shes a very nice lady and professional as well... but this is unacceptable, this is my HAIR that we are talking about. They are great at dying hair but not for cutting. I know youre reading this... please do a better job at your job.

I would not recommend this salon! I have high hopes for this place since it’s just in the neighborhood. Went here for a Brazilian Blowout & Elisa did a poor job. I had it done on a Monday, it was just me for the most part of the day. I waited till Saturday to wash my hair and voila my hair feels & look exactly the same before I went to the salon. So Disappointed! 3 things: She might have used a cheap product, or not enough products on my hair, or because she didn’t flat iron my hair in sections (she just blow dried it). I just wasted my time & money.

Eliza did a fantastic job achieving the perfect honey blonde highlights that I wanted. She’s professional, diligent and always styles my hair on point!

0 stars! They denied my mother service, cause "they don't work with black hair"..... my mom is Latina, Dominican little did they know or care to find out. DO NOT GO TO THOS RASCIST ESTABLISHMENT!!!! Save your money and time elsewhere
