New Energy Spa Massage

My husband and I come to New Energy Spa 2–3 times a week, and it has truly become our sanctuary in the city. The entire team is kind, professional, and always welcoming, but a special shoutout to Kevin and Coco. Coco is incredible, she knows exactly which spots to work on, has the perfect pressure, and is always in the best mood. Kevin is fantastic : very skilled, professional, and consistently delivers a deeply relaxing and restorative massage. Their foot massage reflexology is an absolute must. They know the pressure points so well that every session leaves us relaxed, lighter, and sleeping better. After walking miles on NYC streets, this place works wonders on tired feet and tired minds. I had such a wonderful experience at this spa. The entire team is very professional, and the massage therapists are clearly highly trained. I had an absolute wonderful massage by Angela. She was very nice and professional, she asked me my needs and delivered entirely. I’m newly PP with a C section and she catered to making me comfortable and relaxed as possible. i truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a treat!

I went here in December using a Groupon and i was told not to give tip because they don't accept them . I went back here yesterday . The lady did a great job and i paid in cash . I was proceeding to leave a tip and the man showed me a sign stating " if you are satisfied with your service then a 20% tip minimum is required " . This sign was not there the first time i went . I believe you should choose what amount you would like to tip . So i probably wouldn't go back and if you do go here , make sure u bring the exact amount you want to tip no matter the amount .i believe for an hour and 70$ is already pricey and a 20$ tip is required ?? Absolutely not. left feeling robbed .
